The candidate will be an integral member of the team with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast paced environment. Applicants must be familiar with residential buyer/seller/lender representation and MUST HAVE AN ESTABLISHED CLIENT BASE TO CONTRIBUTE TO THE GROWTH OF THE FIRM. Specific responsibilities will include reviewing and negotiating real estate contracts on behalf of buyers and sellers, attend closings representing buyers/sellers/lenders and meet with clients to review contracts. Demonstrated record of attention to detail, sense of urgency, ability to handle and prioritize substantial workload.
Job requirements: Juris Doctor degree and admission to practice law in the State of New York.
