No Real Estate sales experience is necessary- we will guide you through the real estate showing process. Highly-driven professionals from other industries are encouraged to apply – we will train a candidate worthy of investment. We have also recruited many new agents to this role to help them learn the local inventory, how to work with buyers all while learning and training to become a full time real estate agent!

You create a schedule that works best for your personal life and passions. There is no limit or ceiling on how much you make. You are paid in direct proportion to how hard you work and you will work side by side with high-level agents!

You will be paid by the hour for your time for this opportunity! Hourly rate is $25-$30 per hour

$25 - $30 hourly

• Assist seasoned agents in the office by showing homes to buyer clients
• Schedule and organize buyer tours
• Meet with buyers to view and tour properties
• Assist the lead Agent by identifying homes that meet the criteria as specified by the lead Agent after the lead Agent has completed a buyer analysis
• Prospecting for new business development in the office when not showing homes
• Development and training to become a full-time experienced agent
• Follow up on showings with feedback and detailed information

• Professional in attitude and appearance
• Possess the ability to connect with a variety of personalities
• Enthusiastic with excellent people skills
• Organized and great attention to detail
• Flexibility as it relates to buyer schedules and needs
• Real estate experience is not required; must have or be willing to obtain a Real Estate license
