We’re hiring a driven real estate executive assistant to support the supervising broker and carry out basic administrative tasks. You’ll serve as a liaison between the broker and clients and be responsible screening and conveying relevant messages and making appointments and travel arrangements for the broker. You will also be responsible for the safe-keeping of customer information in the database, keeping the office supplies well-stocked, and working with other departments when necessary. Compensation:
$50,000 - $70,000
Responsibilities:-
Adjust to the needs of the real estate office and execute other assistant duties when necessary
- Purchase supplies and follow office protocols
- Complete elementary bookkeeping tasks for the broker
- Oversee the broker’s schedules, team meetings, and travel arrangements
- Serve as a liaison between the managing broker and clientele
- Analyze market adversaries, develop, and implement strategies for transitioning agents to the company

Responsible for hiring, training, and leading new agents

Maintain and edit an operations manual that documents all systems and standards

Maintain the culture and associate care systems to ensure business growth

Create and maintain employee onboarding systems

Track and review goals weekly by leading weekly meetings

Continually look for ways to retain associates, increase sales & increase profitability

Build relationships with the associates and staff

Cultivate relationships with the top producers in the area

Maintain our culture of a supportive and congenial office

Ensure consistent and clear communication with stakeholders and the Team
Qualifications:-
Experience using word processing programs, spreadsheets and Multiple Listing Service
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior experience in real estate is a bonus
- Excellent communication skills and organizational skills
- Can work on deadline and handle private client information
