Real Estate Clerk, Sr. jobs in Dayton, OH

Property Management is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Accounting Clerk who is able to take initiative! This ideal candidate will possess great strength in their communication skills, ability to prioritize, multi-task, and remain calm under pressure. The primary duty of the Accounting Clerk is to input financial information into the company software and reconcile paper copy receipts and statements with internal financial tracking.

Full-time in-office position. 401(k), Paid Holidays, Healthcare, PTO

$16 - $18 hourly

• Purchase office equipment when appropriate
• Generate status reports as requested so the team is informed with progress reports
• Grow in the position through continued learning and revitalization of skillsets in related duties
• Answer phone calls and emails to act as a liaison between clients and staff members to improve customer retention and referral rates
• Utilize the website, social media, and printed materials to raise our visibility in the community

• Display excellent written, problem-solving, and verbal communication skills
• Proven track record of completing projects on time in an orderly manner
• Customer service experience in our industry is preferred
• Associate's degree preferred but not required to apply
• Proficient in basic computer software and can quickly learn to use new programs
