(5) Provide personal secretarial assistance to handle MLS changes and showing instructions on your listings. (6) Installation change over of "FOR SALE" signs FREE of charge. (7) Place a free newspaper photo ad to help spread the news. (8) Furnish free "I've Joined" Post Cards. (9) Set you up with voicemail, email, efax, intranet to keep you in the loop. (10) Sign you up for optional medical and/or dental insurance. (11) Train you (and your personal assistant) with Crye-Leike systems, techniques and procedures. RequirementsMust pass Mississippi state real estate exam and hold an active real estate license.
