We are looking for a Leasing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have an interest or experience in customer service, sales, and/or leasing. The Leasing Specialist will be responsible for assisting customers with the leasing process, including touring the property and apartments, explaining lease terms and conditions, completing paperwork, and responding to customer inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain active customer/prospect list from prospective new residents that contact us thru phone calls, walk-ins, and e-mails
• Welcome and show property to prospective new residenys
• Prepare & process rental applications, lease agreements, and other documents.
• Provide excellent customer service.

Job Types: Part-time, Internship

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
