Job Summary:
The Iowa Real Estate Team, brokered by Epique Realty, is seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Realtor in Council Bluffs, Iowa. This is a full-time, commission-only sales position with unlimited earning potential. As a Realtor, you will be responsible for helping clients buy and sell residential and commercial properties while providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:
• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties
• Conduct market research to stay informed on current real estate trends and prices
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met
• Guide clients through the process of buying or selling a property, including negotiating offers and handling contracts
• Coordinate and attend property showings and open houses
• Stay up-to-date on local and state real estate regulations and laws
• Utilize various marketing and advertising strategies to generate leads and attract potential clients
• Collaborate with other real estate professionals, such as lenders and attorneys, to ensure a smooth transaction process for clients

Requirements:
• Must have a valid real estate license in the state of Iowa
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage time
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with real estate contracts and practices
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Previous experience as a Realtor or in a sales role is preferred but not required
