Peachstate Hobby Distribution, LLC (PHD) is one of the Largest Gaming Distributors in the US. Our headquarters is based in Longwood, FL. We have 8 locations across the US and internationally. We carry a full line of TCGs, miniatures, board games, card games, RPGs, dice, comic and gaming supplies from the industry's top manufacturers.

PHD is looking for a warehouse receiving supervisor for our Dayton, NJ (21K square foot) warehouse. We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team and efficiently manage the safe and effective receipt, storage and dispatch of our warehoused goods. In addition to overseeing the receipt of products into the warehouse, you will also be expected to help as needed during peak shipping times.

Compensation:

This is a full time, salaried position including benefits, such as, health insurance, PTO and IRA with employer funds match. Salary is commensurate with experience.

Job Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

• Supervise and receive inventory deliveries and inspect for damages when they arrive at the warehouse.
• Report damages or lost items with the shipping company.
• Report damages or shortages to our receiving department.
• Supervise the stowing of products using binning protocols.
• Assist the Warehouse Supervisor in managing a team of up to 10.
• Receive product into our inventory using RF scanners.
• Stage loading and unloading areas with appropriate equipment, materials and space.
• Conduct/oversee physical counts of products to be reconciled with our system data to maintain correct inventory levels.
• Monitor procedures for safety and security of warehouse environment and all products.
• Assist as needed during peak shipping times in the picking/packing and shipping of product.

Warehouse Receiving Supervisor Requirements and Qualifications:

• Knowledge of receiving & shipping practices.
• 3 years of receiving/shipping warehouse experience.
• 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Forklift certified.
• Must be able to bend and lift 50lb boxes.
• Knowledge of proper safety procedures, equipment maintenance, and warehouse best practices
• Well-organized, able to multitask and strong attention to detail a must.
• Must possess strong communication skills and ability to work independently and within the team environment.

Working Relationships: Warehouse receiving associate must maintain professional and respectful working relationships with external shipping services staff, sales staff, warehouse staff and management.
