Preciball USA is a dynamic distribution business specializing in supplying high-quality ball bearing components to manufacturing companies globally. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Receiving Supervisor.

Responsibilities:

As a Receiving Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in the fast and accurate processing of inbound inventory. Key responsibilities include:

· Overseeing the efficient and accurate receipt of incoming inventory shipments by container load.

· Operating a forklift to move pallets and lifting boxes weighing up to 40 pounds.

· Collaborating with the Engineering department to ensure quality compliance for all incoming materials.

· Creating, implementing, and improving manufacturing processes related to incoming materials.

· Printing labels, conducting inventory checks, and ensuring accurate recording of inventory by lot number and location in our ERP system.

· Provide feedback to Procurement Manager related to state-of-shipments, packaging standards, and any concerns for vendor feedback reporting and scorecards.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a supervisory or lead role within receiving or warehouse operations.

- Ability to operate a forklift and lift boxes up to 40 pounds.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management.

- Experience working with ERP systems, including accurate recording of inventory by lot number.

- Collaboration skills to work with the Engineering department for quality compliance.

Compensation:

This is a full-time position with a starting salary of $50,000 annually.
