Requirements are as follows:
1) All candidates MUST HAVE FORKLIFT SKILLS.
2) Candidates must be comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs. with moderate frequency.
3) Should have good communication skills, be organized, and have readable handwriting.
4) Computer skills at a level that can function in creating and printing labels.
5) Basic MS Office skills in Word, Excel, or Access preferred but not required.
6) Multi tasking skills are critical. Cannot be someone that gets upset when they are pulled off one task to help in a more critical area.
Duties include the following:
1) Print orders and shipping labels.
2) Assembling production orders.
3) Group and verify freight bills each day.
4) Interact with freight company personnel.
5) Prepare shipping documents.
6) Trace shipments as needed.
7) Handle morning and afternoon mail runs.
8) Requisition shipping and office supplies.
9) Cross train in Parts Department.
