Responsibilities:
Roxbury Treatment Center is currently looking for a new team member to work inour HIM/Medical Records Department. The Medical Records Clerk is responsible for chart assembly, chart analysis, coding and computer abstracting of all discharged patient medical records in a manner consistent with the philosophy and objectives of the Roxbury Treatment Center.

Education And Experience:
High School graduate or equivalent. Prefer one year in medical records department with strong emphasis on record processing, computerized data entry and coding experience.
