Records Supervisor supervises a team working in the company records department and information management programs. Responsible for overseeing the storage, backup, maintenance, reproduction, protection, and disposition of all records. Being a Records Supervisor evaluates and recommends media formats and storage requirements to be used for records/information. Provides training and guidance to end users. Additionally, Records Supervisor may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Records Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. Thorough knowledge of functional area under supervision. - Maintain cleanliness, orderliness and time sequencing of supplies in the medical storage room.
- Bring needed supplies to nurses' stations according to supply orders and check floors for overstocking.
Don’t forget...- Must be computer knowledgeable, organized and able to work well with others.
- A CNA certificate is a plus!
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology
- Must have 1 year experience in a health care related field
- Skilled nursing facility experience is a plus.
- Must have a high school diploma (or equivalent)
