Your Role

Responsible for specialized clerical work and office support activities. Responsible for the supervision and evaluation of specialized clerical operations and office support activities. Serves as the final clerk among various transactions.

Requirements

• Perform specialized clerical duties of confidential matters.
• Develop or modify clerical procedures.
• Train and develop department personnel as directed by the Lead or Supervisor.
• Assist management in planning for critical deadlines.
• Coordinate and resolve system problems.
• Accountable for client/vendor satisfaction.
• Create and maintain various system or PC reports to meet the needs of the company and or department.
• Prepare statistical and analytical reports with the ability to interpret results.
• Ensure all assigned aircraft records are accounted for, audited, scanned, copied, and retained in STA Mobile records.
• Ensure that original aircraft records/work packages are assembled and delivered to the customer in the required timely and accurate manner.
• Perform any work that may be assigned by his or her Lead or Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of office procedures and equipment including typewriters, copiers, calculators, Fax machines, scanners and microcomputers, knowledge of clerical bookkeeping practices, ability to accurately type at a rate of 45 WPM from copy or rough draft, ability to prepare routine reports and maintain specialized files and records, good knowledge of Microsoft Office, good working knowledge of software applications within department.
• High school diploma or GED required. Some job related courses preferred, i.e. typing, bookkeeping, and computer science.
• 3 years experience preferred within an administrative office or accounting environment.
