Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering customer inquiries and resolving issues via phone calls. Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Proven customer service experience

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

- Strong problem-solving skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
