Responsibilities
Typical Allocation of Duties
Coordinate programming - 50%
Coordinate, schedule, and oversee intramural sports, tournaments, programs, classes, facility operations, trips, and other recreation activities.
Supervise staff - 25%
Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and supervises student and other staff.
Manage budgets, inventories, and records - 15%
Manage budgets and control expenditures; manage facility and equipment maintenance; control assigned inventories and makes purchases as needed;
maintain files and records; and complete a variety of regular and special reports.
Publicize and recruit - 10%
Publicize facilities, programs, and services to the university community. Recruit participants.
