Love working with kids and passionate about gymnastics? TCA Gymnastics is looking for candidates with minim experience to join our team as a coach/instructor. We are committed to providing a supportive and dynamic environment where gymnasts can excel and achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement effective training programs tailored to the needs of individual gymnasts and the team.
• Assess gymnast progress regularly, providing constructive feedback and making adjustments to training plans as necessary.
• Ensure a safe and positive training environment, adhering to all USAG safety guidelines and protocols.
• Communicate effectively with gymnasts, parents, and staff, fostering a collaborative and inclusive community.

Additional Opportunities:

• Teach recreational gymnastics classes.
• Participate in camp hours during school breaks.
• Host and organize birthday parties at the gym.

Qualifications:

• Minimal coaching experience.
• Understanding of gymnastics techniques, skills, and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for working with children and helping them achieve their goals.

Compensation:

• Pay is commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
