  • POSITION SUMMARY:  

    The Corporate Recruiter will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization.

     

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process including but not limited to creation and oversight of all job postings, conducting phone screenings, scheduling interviews with appropriate hiring managers and making offers of employment. 
    • Ability to successfully manage recruitment efforts for multiple locations/remote areas.
    • Collaborates with hiring managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
    • Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
    • Owner of the job posting and advertisement processes.
    • Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
    • Analyze the information provided on a prospective employee's application form.
    • Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
    • Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with supervisors/managers, directors, and other stakeholders.
    • Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
    • Extending offers of employment to successful candidates as well as sending rejection and thank you emails.
    • Utilize applicable pre-employment assessment software.
    • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
    • Attends and participates in job fairs and recruiting functions.
    • Promotion/Marketing of company brand and culture utilizing online platforms and social media.
    • Maintains organizational staffing report and holds monthly meetings with appropriate personnel.
    • Development and administration of employee referral programs and hiring incentive programs.
    • Coordinates and conducts background check and drug screening on all new hire candidates in accordance with appliable state and federal laws in conjunction with client requirements.
    • Maintains accurate and up to date data of all candidates/new hires and reporting.
    • Act as a liaison with area employment agencies & colleges
    • Monthly reports on employment activity.
    • Comply with company policies and procedures (to include all IT required security and privacy policies and procedures), client standards/requirement and all applicable federal, state and regulatory laws.
    • Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resources files and records.
    • Performs other duties as assigned. 

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with all levels of management.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
    • Ability to create and implement innovative sourcing strategies for recruitment of a variety of roles.
    • Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative in a multitask environment, as well as part of a team.
    • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
    • Proven presentation and facilitation skills.
    • Strong planning and organizational skills.
    • Knowledge of federal and state laws regarding employment practices.

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • At least one (1) year of collections industry experience.
    • Bachelor’s degree in one or more of the following:  Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration and/or Teaching or equivalent in full cycle recruitment experience.
    • High volume full cycle recruitment experience strongly preferred.
    • Experience with ADP Talent Management/Applicant Tracking System.
    • Proven social media/marketing experience in multiple platforms.

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Minimum of two (2) years of full cycle recruitment experience.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
    • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software and/or other recruitment systems. 

     PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

    • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer with multiple displays.
    • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
    • Dual hand dexterity/repetitive use of hands 80% of the time (typing on computer and dialing phone).
    • Ability to speak proper English grammar and use proper telephone etiquette.
    • Ability to hear.
    • Simple/light grasping required of both hands 80% of the time.
    • Typical noise level for work environment (moderate noise).
    • Close vision required (clear vision on 15 inch or larger computer monitors).

    • Remote workspace must meet following criteria:
    1. Remote workspace must be quiet, secure and distraction free.
    2. Must have reliable internet connection ability to connect directly (not via wi-fi) to a company provided equipment to a router.
    3. Must be able to work with IT representatives to troubleshoot connectivity issues.
    4. Must meet ACI’s security and safety requirements.
