Scope of Position: Manage the overall function of the recruitment and fulfillment process. This includes working with the Business Services Team to understand the qualifications and needs of employers. Actively recruit and match qualified job seekers to open job orders.

Essential Functions:

• Implement recruiting processes and initiatives
• Assess job seekers’ skills and suitability for referral to available job openings
• Assist in the facilitation of employability skills and resume review tailored to specific job openings
• Screen applicants, provide job leads and detail employers’ needs and skill sets required for current openings
• Counsel, motivate, and encourage job seekers in advancing employment, training, and retention goals and provides support in resolving issues that may impede successful job placement
• Monitor and communicate job seekers’ performance and progress with supervisor and Business Services Team
• Make suggestions for improvement to recruitment and sales team
• Reach weekly and quarterly goals
• Track progress for weekly reports
• Make presentations to groups
• Act as a liaison between program participants, Business Liaisons and Career Coaches for job searching
• Other duties as required

Required Experience:

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• At least 2 years professional experience in recruiting, case management, account management or a related business relationship management capacity
• Excellent communication, analytical and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver’s license and an automobile are required
