Additionally, Recruiter initiates onboarding plan for new hires. Ensures assigned positions are filled efficiently and effectively. May facilitate orientation for new employees and perform exit interviews for employees leaving the organization. May require a bachelor's degree in human resources. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Recruiter work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. - Kenworth and Peterbilt equipment with automatic transmission
- 18-month average age of fleet equipment
- Drop and Hook and multi-stop freight
- $3,000 sign-on bonus for multi-stop dedicated drivers
- $2,000 sign-on bonus for standard OTR drivers
