Recruiting Coordinator
**This position is based out of the Northeastern United States & we would love to see candidates in: Maine, Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Vermont, Rhode Island, New York and New Jersey! This position is remote.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate travel and relocation for hired candidates via our travel platforms.

Assist Hospital Leadership Teams with Applicant Tracking System in troubleshooting and learning the system when needed.

Speaking with and assisting on clinical summer job offers for years 1-3 veterinary students.

Assist recruiters in creating working interview offer letters for candidates.
-
Managing Help Desk requests for the Talent Acquisition team.

Assisting recruiters with job postings on the AVMA.

Creating SOPs when needed and altering existing ones when changes in process occur.

Sending “Snappy” gifts via Recruiters as needed.

Assist with creation of Relief DVM offer letters when back up support is needed.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree is preferred

Strong Microsoft Office Skills (Teams, Excel, Word)

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment

Team player with a positive attitude

Organizational skills

A desire to grow and learn within Talent Acquisition
