Recruiting Coordinator
The Recruiting Coordinator will play a pivotal role in providing a complete end-to-end process for recruiting and onboarding candidates for roles within our organization. You will be responsible for conducting initial candidate screenings, coordinating interviews, managing consistent and ongoing communication with candidates, facilitating the onboarding process, assisting with the background and suitability process, coordinating with training to keep candidates informed and on track to attend classes, and informing and assisting the program managers of where the candidates are in the process, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. Additionally, you will assist in recruitment marketing efforts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to attract top talent to the security industry.

Conduct initial screenings of candidates to assess qualifications and suitability for security roles.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

Manage communication with candidates, including follow-ups regarding onboarding, requested documents, and answering recruiting phone calls.

Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including collecting required paperwork and coordinating training schedules.

Manage the applicant tracking system to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information.

Organize and maintain recruitment files and documentation in compliance with company policies and regulations.

Coordinate background checks, drug screenings, and other pre-employment screenings as required.

Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and facilitating communication between candidates and hiring managers.

Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment marketing strategies.

Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling job postings and employer branding materials.

Keep all recruitment trackers up to date.

Handle Win Team Submissions.

Quality control of employee files.

Update the Weekly Ops report.

Assist with planning recruiting events.
