Title: Executive Director - Memory Care Assisted Living Facility

Location: Urbana, Illinois

Salary Range:

$90K-$105K with quarterly bonuses

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and direction to the facility staff
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies
• Develop and implement programs to enhance resident care and quality of life
• Oversee financial management, including budgeting and revenue generation
• Recruit, train, and retain qualified staff members
• Foster a positive and supportive work environment
• Build and maintain relationships with residents, families, and community stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Minimum of 5 years of management experience in senior living or healthcare industry
• Strong understanding of memory care principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven leadership abilities with a track record of achieving results
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements for assisted living facilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

What You Will Own in this Position

• Model and promote the Community and Facility standards and Philosophy of Care
• Developing and planning all aspects of our upcoming facility in conjunction with the organization and the community
• Maintain current knowledge of OSHA and State Regulations and routinely monitor facility
• Complete and manage Accounts Receivable and manage Resident Trust Accounts
• Implement and maintain all employee and resident programs

To Succeed in this Position

• Must meet all State health requirements and Wisconsin requirements for Assisted Living Administrator current administrator licensure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $95,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
