Melaleuca Inc. is seeking an HR Recruiting Coordinato r to join our fast-growing and exciting organization. Reporting to the Senior HR Manager of Knoxville, the HR Recruiting Coordinator is a key role in the Knoxville Human Resource organization.
This position is involved in developing and implementing programs designed for the recruiting process, working closely with hiring managers, and preparing personnel files and documentation for new team members.
Responsibilities
As the HR Recruiting Coordinator you will support the HR Business Partner in the distribution center for all aspects of recruitment and onboarding and will provide support as needed for employer-team member relations.
