SYNERGY HomeCare of Idaho Falls serves Southeast Idaho clients and provides tailored personal care services to the Idaho Falls community and surrounding areas. We are hiring for a Sales & Recruiting Officer (SRO) who understands the medical and insurance landscape, compassionate caregiving, and has a passion for senior care and client services. The SRO will report directly to the Owner and is responsible for overseeing, planning, executing, and coordinating all recruiting-related activities of the SYNERGY HomeCare office. This position includes developing and nurturing relationships with referral sources and partners, and connecting new patients/clients to our home care services. As the SRO, daily face-to-face sales calls with referral sources is crucial in executing sales plans on a consistent daily basis. As one of the first points of contact for new clients and caregivers, the SRO will be promoting the company through routine recruiting activities and scheduled events. SRO will inform field insights daily with the General Care Coordinator and Directors to consistently improve the services we provide to clients and increase caregiver satisfaction. 

Qualifications: 

• Experience in sales and achieving sales goals
• Must own a vehicle, have a valid drivers license, and insurance
• Self motivated with the ability to thrive with minimal direct supervision
• Possess at least one year experience in healthcare, homecare, and/or with individuals requiring supportive services
• Exemplary communication skills, both verbal and written, to establish rapport and build trust with referral sources, prospective staff, and clients
• Must be proficient in computer skills (Google Suite, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) 
• Knowledge of recruiting, interviewing, and making hiring decisions (preferred)
• Knowledge of scheduling software (eRSP, CRM, etc.) and training platforms, such as Relias Training -  (preferred)

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: 

• Assist with filing duties and a variety of other clerical duties, as necessary
• Email correspondence, creating reports to track results and compare return on investment, and other necessary forms such as; implementing contracts and agreements with new referral partners
• Assist in employee orientation and training
• Conduct 35-40 sales calls and/or visits per week to a variety of referral partners to build business relationships and maintain them
• Develop sales & marketing plans to meet business goals such as, but not limited to, organizing territory in geographical zones to maximize efficiency and bring in new clients
• Continuously reporting accountabilities and encounters with referrers on the referral partner database (eRSP) 
• Plan and organize community marketing events to enhance our visibility in the community, generate new relationships, and opportunities. 
• Participate in on-call rotation after-hours

Compenstion & Benefits

• Salary is a combination of a flat rate ($24/hr. for in-office planning meetings) and commision.
• Fixed monthly gas allowance for sales visits.
