We are hiring for a Sales & Recruiting Officer (SRO) who understands the medical and insurance landscape, compassionate caregiving, and has a passion for senior care and client services. The SRO will report directly to the Owner and is responsible for overseeing, planning, executing, and coordinating all recruiting-related activities of the SYNERGY HomeCare office. This position includes developing and nurturing relationships with referral sources and partners, and connecting new patients/clients to our home care services. As the SRO, daily face-to-face sales calls with referral sources is crucial in executing sales plans on a consistent daily basis. As one of the first points of contact for new clients and caregivers, the SRO will be promoting the company through routine recruiting activities and scheduled events. SRO will inform field insights daily with the General Care Coordinator and Directors to consistently improve the services we provide to clients and increase caregiver satisfaction.
