Recruiting Director plans, develops, and directs processes to attract, evaluate, and refer candidates for open positions through recruiting website, employee referrals, on-site recruiting and other sourcing methods. Develops and enhances and organization's recruiting program, policies, and procedures. Being a Recruiting Director executes a strategy to position the organization as a preferred employer. Evaluates and communicates key metrics to develop appropriate recruitment strategies and ensure positions are filled efficiently and effectively. Additionally, Recruiting Director maintains relationships with schools, advertisement, and recruitment agencies. Oversees the recruitment for senior level and executive positions. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Recruiting Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Recruiting Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. Our premier memory care community is actively seeking a new Health Services Director. This clinical management position directs the personal care of our residents and is critical to inspiring and delivering excellence in all facets of a healthy and happy lifestyle! This position requires a Registered Nurse License for the State of Oregon.
Health Services Director Responsibilities:
- Leads nursing department ensuring consistent, quality care services for all community residents
- Oversight of resident care charting compliance, medication management, and resident safety
- Assess the health and care needs of incoming prospective residents to appropriately assign care level
Health Services Director Qualifications:
- RN Nursing License REQUIRED – valid and in good standing
- 3 years of Memory Care or Long-term Care experience REQUIRED
- Experience leading a team of professionals and the ability to cover shifts evenings or weekends if necessary
- Valid Driver's License and ability to travel within the community for assessments
Health Services Director Benefits:
- Salary of $100K-$130K Base with Targeted 15% Bonus
