Position: Recruiting Manager
Status: Fulltime
The Recruiting Manager works jointly with site human resource representatives and leadership to lead the recruiting process. The Recruiting Manager will evaluate and maintain the effectiveness of current recruiting procedures.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Develop and implement strategic recruiting plans to meet the organization's talent needs in North America.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing requirements and preferences.
- Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating offers and onboarding.
- Utilize various sourcing channels to attract diverse and qualified candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct thorough interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and present recommendations to hiring managers.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitive intelligence to inform recruitment strategies.
- Manage relationships with external recruiting agencies and other talent acquisition partners.
- Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations.
- Drive initiatives to enhance the employer brand and candidate experience.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
- 5 years of Recruiting Experience (Required)
- Proven experience in leading successful recruitment efforts across North America.
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to read, write, comprehend, and verbally communicate simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos in English.
