Qualifications
- Proven experience as a full-desk recruiter, preferably within an agency setting
- Strong business development and sales skills with a track record of achieving targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools, Crelate would be ideal!
- Strong organizational and time-management skills

Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced Account Manager who can also jump in and recruit (direct hire roles) when needed. This individual will play a crucial role in building both pre and post-sale client playbooks, while also working with the Chief Revenue Officer to help automate and systematize to support scale. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment and business development, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to achieving goals.

- Lead efforts regarding market insights for new and existing clients
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to provide strategic insights
- Create data-driven insights to help Avenica focus on the right customers
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and meeting their hiring goals
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve recruitment strategies and business development efforts
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to match qualified candidates with client requirements, ensuring successful placements
