Regional Agency Director is responsible for all facets of sales performance for insurance agencies within a designated geographic area. Develops policies, objectives, and initiatives for agencies in the region and is responsible for ensuring the region meets its projected goals. Being a Regional Agency Director coordinates operations with those of other regions. Directs agency and district managers in achieving their goals and objectives of securing the optimum volume of high-quality business at proper cost. Additionally, Regional Agency Director is responsible for number of premiums written per region. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Regional Agency Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. SUMMARY
SkyHop Global is one of the top providers of ground transportation to airlines crews across the country. As our Regional Director, you will play an integral part in providing leadership and direction to our management teams in multiple locations.
Reporting directly to the Director of Operations & Technology, this person will be responsible for the successful operation of our NY, PA, TX, MN, and WA stations.
With direct oversight of each of the stations listed above, you will be responsible for oversight and direction, including but not limited to PHL, DAL, IAH, SEA and NYC while providing direct daily responsibility for MSP. This includes approving daily and weekly schedules and making sure all trips are covered, providing insight and leadership regarding progressive discipline for drivers and Station Managers, keeping morale and engagement high in each station, hiring and training new Station Managers to set them up for success, ensuring scheduled maintenance on vehicles is performed, and making sure that Key Performance Indicators meet or exceed expectations weekly.
This is a salaried position (exempt from overtime).
