    Regional Sales Manager

    ABOUT US

I’m Henry Barth, Owner and CEO of The Barth Agency. My friends and colleagues call me Hal. I started this agency after over 30 years in the hotel/hospitality industry. The effect that the pandemic had on that industry forced many to seek other career paths. Sometimes things that look bad initially, truly do open doors for better things. I’m very thankful to have built my own agency and to help others build their dreams of business ownership in this multi-trillion-dollar insurance industry. I never thought that insurance was my cup of tea but I truly had never recognized the value that I do now.

    WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager for a successful sales and leadership position within our agency. If you are a confident, self-motivated individual, who would like the ability for unlimited growth and income potential in the company where you hang your hat, you may be the person we are looking for. I’m not just looking for anyone to fill this position. I want someone who is ready to partner with our agency to build a strong client base and who is willing to help us hire and train agents to continue to reach more clients. I’m looking for someone who is coachable and disciplined. I’m looking for someone who would rather leave a legacy than retire with enough to live on until they die. Could that be you?

    DESCRIPTION

At that Barth Agency, we specialize in life insurance. We leave all of the other insurance lines to our friends in other companies. Our agents contact potential clients via warm leads that are generated in-house. NO COLD CALLING. We act as “consultants” not salespeople, to assist those clients in finding life insurance plans that meet their personal needs and budget. Our products protect their mortgages, help cover final expense costs and financial loss due to the death of a breadwinner, and more. We also help them harness the power of life insurance to eliminate debt, build retirement plans, and protect their current retirement from market loss. Past experience in the field of life insurance is a plus but not required to join our team. We will provide the training and tools needed to be successful.

Our agents act as "brokers" for over 50 life insurance carriers who have been around for over 100 years. Because of this, we are able to offer highly competitive premiums to our clients as well as serve those clients with health issues who may have been declined by other carriers. This also alleviates the need for our clients to "shop around" because we have access to all of the top carriers and the knowledge to assure them that they are getting the best plan at the best price.

    INITIAL COMPENSATION

Compensation is commission-based with uncapped earning potential (no salary positions). While results vary from agent to agent, in the first year, full-time agents typically earn approximately $250k in annual income. There is no cap on earning and growth so you control your earning potential. Raises are available in 1 and 2-month intervals depending on the agent's production. By helping us build teams through recruiting, hiring, and mentoring new agents, as we grow, you can considerably multiply your income potential and right now, there is no limit to how large we can and need to build.

    POTENTIAL FOR GROWTH

If you are that highly motivated individual with a drive to be at the top, your growth potential is unlimited and many agents with this drive have multiple six-figure incomes within their first 2 years. If we find this to be a good mutual fit, we will provide all of the tools and training you need but allow you to grow and the sky's the limit. We will not hold you back.

    BENEFITS

Our Protect the Protector benefit package allows our agents to apply for free life insurance in their first year and opt into our Group Health Care plan that provides health, dental, and vision at ½ the cost of the marketplace for themselves and their families.

Bonuses are also available on top of your commissions based on your production. Also, our carriers offer all expense-paid incentive trips to 5-star resorts all over the world to agents who hit their targets.

    REQUIREMENTS

A life insurance producer license in your resident state is required and must be obtained by you prior to onboarding with us. We will, however, assist you with part of the training cost and help walk you through the steps to licensing if you are a fit for our agency and we offer you the position. A good attitude and grit are also very important to us in the person that we hire.

*No agent’s success, earnings, or production results should be viewed as typical, average, or expected. Not all agents achieve the same or similar results, and no particular results are guaranteed. Your level of success will be determined by several factors, including the amount of work you put in, your ability to

successfully follow and implement our training and sales system and engage with our lead system, and the insurance needs of the customers in the geographic areas in which you choose to work.
