With a global expanding footprint, we are looking for a dedicated, experienced and professional regional Supply Chain Manager.

Responsibilities

• Strategically plan current and future Supply Chain priorities in accordance with business needs.
• Manage internal inventory and procurement process, ensuring effective use of the Purchasing system.
• Utilize reporting platforms in accordance with the reporting timetable / Management requirements.
• Reinforce a high focus on cost consciousness across all Supply Chain activities.
• Manage the stock cataloguing system to ensure effective use within the Purchasing system and accurate stock levels.
• Supervise, lead, and manage local employees in the department.
• In conjunction with line management, implement agreed stock levels in each business and report on balances in accordance with the reporting timetable.
• Co-ordinate stock-takes at all sites on at least a quarterly basis.
• Ensure all importation duties are approved where appropriate and in accordance with statutory requirements.
• Ensure all assets are appropriately documented and registered to maintain necessary compliance.
• Provide review, analysis and feedback to each country office resulting in actionable improvements in the execution of functions.
• Other duties as required.

Skills & Experience

• Thorough understanding of Inventory, Procurement and Logistic best practices and procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic commercial, mechanical knowledge and understanding of the Drilling services industry.
• Outstanding organizational skills.
• Sound understanding of the financial effects of stores transactions.
• Completion of high school certification and Post Secondary education an asset
• Additional training and/or experience purchasing a supply chain an asset
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role(s) and related functions and management.
• Comfortable with all aspects of Microsoft Office 365 or equivalent ERP.

This role will be predominantly office based – Monday to Friday, with a requirement to travel throughout region or global, as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
