    Positions Overview: Sous Chef

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist the Head Chef and Chef in supervising kitchen staff and managing daily kitchen operations.
    • Oversee food preparation, ensuring adherence to high quality and presentation standards.
    • Collaborate with the culinary team on menu planning and development.
    • Manage inventory, ordering, and food cost control to optimize resources.
    • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
    • Support in training and mentoring kitchen staff.
    • Assist in shift management to ensure smooth service operations.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality or food service industry.
    • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen operations.
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
    • Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment.
    • Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred but not required.

    Line Cook

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Prepare and cook dishes according to the restaurant’s recipes and standards.
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation.

    Pastry Chef

    Key Responsibilities:

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience as a Pastry Chef, Baker, or relevant role.

    Prep Cook
