The Chef will operate the Heart of House operations efficiently and effectively according to Standards of Excellence and in line with the policies and procedures of the company.
The primary goal of the Chef is to ensure guest satisfaction by having a sharp, well-groomed staff prepare great food within the company standards, in a great working environment.
