Regional Claims Manager manages the operations of an insurance claims department to meet operational, financial, and service requirements. Oversees the intake and processing of insurance claims for personal, property, or casualty loss based on coverage, appraisal, and verifiable damage. Being a Regional Claims Manager manages appraisal and examination staff and processes. Assures timely and proper disposition of claims based on policy provisions. Additionally, Regional Claims Manager recommends and implements best practices to ensure complete and thorough claim settlements, legal reviews, and investigations following company policies and insurance industry regulations. Determines the value of settlements for escalated claims. Manages negotiations of settlements and administration of claims in litigation. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Regional Claims Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. £32,500 up to £300 per week bonus (OTE £45,800), company car with fuel card or car allowance, private healthcare and more

As Regional Manager you will work closely with your team of Retail Sales Advisors covering the Edinburgh, Glasgow, Aberdeen region. Your team will work within a major Grocery retailer boosting product visibility and direct selling the brand products to customers. Field based on a daily basis, you will be a natural people manager, supporting and coaching your team on daily basis, during regular field visits, to reach their full potential. We help brands sell more and you will ideally have experience of managing a field based sales team. You will have experience delivering stretching targets and love working within a fast paced and varied role.

Please note this role requires a UK driving licence with no more than 6 points or previous bans. All offers will be subject to successful completion of a DVLA licence check. This is a field-based role which will involve regular daily travel, sometimes driving distance. You will also be manual handling/heavy lifting as you will be carrying stock. Overnight stays may be required on occasion.
