    Customer Service Representatives Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for making 100 outbound calls a day; reaching out to customers that have submitted an inquiry. Provide accurate information and demonstrate product knowledge
    • Determine customer needs and expectations in order to recommend products and solutions
    • Identify and resolve all order issues in a timely manner via phone while using research skills to troubleshoot customer problems
    • Work effectively with internal departments to facilitate accurate account handling and to resolve customer issues
    • Work to maintain customer satisfaction to ensure customer loyalty
    • Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system

    Customer Service Representatives Requirements:

    • At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced call center
    • High degree of attention to detail
    • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
    • Salesforce is preferred
