We are currently looking to add experienced and motivated Mortgage Loan Officers to our team. With over 20 years of industry experience and 15,000 mortgages closed, we have the knowledge and expertise to help you move your pipeline. Our cutting edge technology and incredibly efficient funding staff will increase your production. We have the ability to fund your deals FAST. EZ Fundings is a Correspondent Lender that offers all loan products – CONV, FHA, VA, USDA and Reverse Mortgages and NonQM.
Our current business volume consists of 60% purchase and 40% refinance. EZ Fundings is ALWAYS open to picking up new products if your business demands it.
Responsibilities:
Self-generate leads to originate Purchase and Refinance mortgage loans by networking with realtors and referral partners.
Evaluate credit worthiness by reviewing loan applications and documentation within specified limits.
Interview applicants to determine financial eligibility and feasibility of granting loans.
Determine all applicable ratios and metrics to qualify borrowers.
Assess customer needs, explore all options and introduce different types of loans.
