Position: General - Regional Manager

Growth Potential as a regional/national account manager over the next 5 years. Imperial Home Appliances currently has multiple locations across the United States and is growing at a rate of 20% yearly..

• Somewhat mechanical would be a plus but not required

40 hours of work, paid vacation, and all major holidays including Memorial Day weekend, and Labor Day weekend off!!

Guaranteed - $60,000 - $80,000 Salary plus monthly bonuses

• Manage day-to-day operations of the store
• Follow an education process
• Maintain inventory levels
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and provide exceptional customer service
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work environment
• Engage with the local community, upholding our commitment to being a community partner
• Coordinate with national and regional teams on marketing, inventory, and strategic planning
• Passivity of traveling to other locations once or twice a year
