    We are currently seeking a Regional Manager for this very profitable and growing, 7-office region, covering North Dallas, TX! (Duncanville to Sulphur Springs!) 

    The goal is simple: profitable, long-term, sustainable growth.  We are seeking an up-and-coming, driven management professional who has the grit and entrepreneurial spirit to forge their own destiny by establishing Ōnin as the dominant player in the region.

    Requisite Skills, Experiences and Accomplishments
    • 3 years of staffing industry experience
    • Experience managing a business or area with multiple locations and $30 MM plus under management
    • Proven track record of driving consistent growth of businesses managed
    • Technological proficiency
    • Some college

    Compensation package includes base salary, monthly operations override, car allowance, mobile phone allowance, health insurance, dental insurance, and 401K.
