Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in your assigned region. This is a remote position with frequent travel required.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets
- Manage and grow key accounts within the region
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project implementation
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business risks and opportunities
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for management review
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in technical sales or account management
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Experience in technology sales is highly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts and close deals
- Excellent business development and market analysis skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
