As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple locations within the Charleston metro area (Mt Pleasant, North Charleston and Summerville). Your role will involve strategic planning, process improvement, sales, and leadership to drive business growth and profitability.

    Reports to: Owner

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Leadership & Team Development: Serve as a role model of leadership excellence, demonstrating and fostering our core values in every interaction. Develop and mentor store managers and team members, empowering them to become leaders who can inspire their teams and drive exceptional performance.
    • Operational Excellence: Ensure operational standards are consistently met across all locations. This includes overseeing daily operations, ensuring quality and consistency, managing inventory, and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and profitability.
    • Continuous Improvement: Champion continuous improvement initiatives, encouraging innovation and forward-thinking to improve service, streamline work processes, and increase profitability.
    • Customer Service & Hospitality: Uphold and advance our commitment to outstanding customer service. Ensure every customer interaction reflects our values of quality and hospitality, addressing any issues promptly and effectively to maintain high customer satisfaction.
    • Technical Proficiency: Leverage technology in restaurant operations and IT to optimize systems and processes, enhance reporting and analytics, and ensure smooth daily operations across all locations.
    • Financial Management: Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and prime costs. Ensure financial targets are met and identify opportunities for financial improvement and growth.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven leadership experience in restaurant management, with a strong track record of developing leaders and high-performing teams.
    • Demonstrated technical proficiency in restaurant operations and IT systems, with the ability to leverage technology to improve efficiency and outcomes.
    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate teams across multiple locations.
    • A commitment to continuous personal and professional development, with a passion for teaching and developing others.
    • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and act decisively.
    • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
