Regional Marketing Manager jobs in Wisconsin
Regional Marketing Manager develops and implements strategic marketing plans for an organization in a regional level. Stays abreast of changes in the marketing environment to best serve the objectives of the organization and adjusts plans accordingly. Being a Regional Marketing Manager researches and develops pricing policies and recommends appropriate sales channels. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Regional Marketing Manager typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Regional Marketing Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. To be a Regional Marketing Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 to 3 years supervisory experience may be required. The Regional Marketing Director will be responsible for driving individualized strategies for census development for 2 SNFs located in Beloit and Madison, WI. The Regional Marketing Director will also provide strong leadership, direction, and oversight to the Clinical Liaisons. We are seeking an individual with previous SNF (skilled nursing facility) sales and marketing experience. Having regional SNF sales and marketing experience preferred.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Managing, cultivating, and driving physician, social worker, discharge planner, and hospital relationships
- Overseeing and ensuring facility census goals are met
- Executing marketing to referral sources
- Conducting market assessments and developing strategies to maximize admissions
- Other responsibilities as assigned
In addition to a great compensation and benefits, this position receives a company car.
Requirements:
- Multi-facility experience strongly preferred.
- Strong health care community relations experience.
- Minimum of two years of experience in SNF sales and marketing or clinical liaison
