A national full service multi-family real estate firm is seeking a successful Regional Director who will oversee all aspects of the property management core business processes for multiple properties. In this role, you will oversee the financial performance, talent management, vendor relationships, resident relations, marketing, maintenance, and all other aspects of the business.
You will work closely with world class leadership in a company that provides a great track record of promotion within and providing industry leading compensation packages.
What will you be doing?
You'll visit your communities on a weekly basis to help foster a strong connection with the individual team members and promote a positive team-oriented atmosphere. Work in conjunction with our People Operations team members to maintain positive team member relations and address any issues of concern appropriately.
You will conduct quarterly property inspections at each property in your portfolio and drive financial profitability for each location. As a leader, you will provide regular and consistent feedback to your direct reports and will ensure that each team member in your assigned portfolio receives quarterly feedback.
As an organized leader, you will approve and submit monthly Leasing Bonus and other bonus programs. It will be expected that you will provide ongoing training and support for the Community Managers you lead.
As a communication conduit, your bi-weekly strategic focus calls will be motivating, supportive, and will carry a tone of high results. You will regularly review the operations of each community, set goals, and identify actions needed to achieve objectives with your Community Managers. This position also includes key management, financial, and resident relations responsibilities.
