    The Regional Director is responsible for overseeing the operations of the Community Living Support (CLS) programs, County Managers, coverage of counties, and developing Premier’s Community Living Supports in new locations.


    Essential Duties:

    1. Program Liaison: Within Premier, the RD will advocate for the CLS program to Premier Officers and act as a liaison between the CLS program and the Premier Administration Team. Outside of Premier, the RD functions as a liaison between Premier and other Federal and State agencies, including Case Management Entities (CMEs).

    2. Staff Management and Training: Responsible for interviewing, onboarding, and training of CMs and assisting with hiring and training of County Manager Assistants (CMAs).

    3. Relationship Management: Learn and manage complex relationships with Individuals- Served/families, interested community members, PCS staff, and government agencies. Officer designee for addressing CLS Direct Support Professional (DSP) concerns.

    4. Community Living Supports Content Expert: Knowledge of OARs, Premier Policies & Procedures, Premier SOPs, and variations of interpretations of CLS OARs at varying Community Partners.

    5. County Manager Development and Support: Promotes Premier’s mission, values, and culture with the CMs. Provides person centered and human-development oriented supervision. Ensures balance of CM productivity and self-care. Runs the weekly County Manager meeting. Works with Premier’s Development Staff help expand and open offices in new PCS locations, and responsible for participation in activities and supervision of team members.

    6. Community Living Supports Program Development: Advocates for and builds Premier’s CLS Program in a manner that is consistent with Premier’s Vision and with sound financial judgement. Is responsible for working with Premier’s Development team to build new Premier CLS locations.

    7. CLS Manager Coverage: Will ensure coverage for CMs while on vacation, out for illness, or in new CLS locations. This includes coverage of CM duties on the CM Job Description such as: Relationship Management, Individuals-Served Onboarding, Person-Centered care for Individual’s Served, Individual’s Served/DSP matching, DSP Staffing, Office Management, and Incident Reports.

    8. Community Living Supports Financial Status: Increases Premier’s market share of CLS and increases profitability via monitoring and fostering CM’s to onboard new Individual’s-Served/families and DSPs, maximizing DSP hours worked, and through collaboration with Premier Marketing and other means.

    9. Complaint/Concern Management: Manage and resolve any issues by reviewing Premier policies and government regulations with Individuals-Served/families, case management, DSPs, and co-workers/supervisors.

    10. Auditing Records: Coordinates with Premier’s Operation’s auditing process and CMs so that all DSPs and Individuals-Served/families’ information, Service Agreements, Protocols, Safety information, documentation, training, work availability is accurate and up to date. Responsible for reading, analyzing, distributing, and ensuring compliance, thorough follow-up, with any internal process audits related to CLS services and for each county.

    11. Other Duties: Ability to perform and complete any additional tasks/projects as assigned.

    7. Ability to pass a drug test upon request.

    8. Ability to learn and implement CPR, First Aid practices, and understanding ISPs.

    9. Effectively manages time by prioritizing, planning, scheduling work activities, ability to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events.

    10. Anticipates future changes and creates plans to best fit the situation.

    Requirements:

    Education and Experience:

    1. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent Preferred

    2. 4 years in Human Services Preferred

    3. Minimum of 2 years working with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, 4 years Preferred.

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    1. Requires a functional understanding of local human service agency operations.

    2. Possess effective conflict resolution skills, problem solving skills, deductive reasoning, and leadership skills.

    3. Strong written and verbal communication skills using tact, courtesy, and cooperativeness.

    4. Computer experience, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and ability to use standard office equipment and software.

    5. Ability to perform basic math functions.

    6. Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

    7. Exercise judgment, resourcefulness, ingenuity, and initiative.

    8. Ability to perform instruction, monitoring, and assessment of the work of others.

    9. Ability to travel locally and out of the area and for multiple days.

    Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

    1. Valid driver license, car insurance, and reliable transportation required.
