As a Regional Director of Quality Assurance, you’ll work under the direction of the VP of Clinical Quality to ensure the highest quality of care is provided to the patient’s served by the organization. The Regional Director of Quality Assurance collaborates with appropriate team members to provide education to clinical staff on relevant clinical, regulatory, quality related topics, and identified Organizational improvement opportunities. Extensive travel required (minimum of 4 days a week in the field covering the state of South Carolina and or North Carolina).

Qualifications:
A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care
Education: Graduate of an accredited diploma, associate or baccalaureate school of nursing, Masters preferred, Registered Nurse license in all states Agape Care operates.
Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience as a registered nurse in Hospice. Previous experience in quality assurance or performance improvement programs preferred. 3 years of supervisory experience required. Homecare Homebase experience required. 2 years of health care management and 1-2 years experience in hospice. Quality assurance experience preferred. Requires demonstrated interpersonal, supervisory, and management skills with ability to communicate effectively. Demonstrates proven decision making and financial management skills. Exhibits working knowledge of regulations and reimbursement in home health care as well as proven leadership abilities.
Required: Reliable transportation. Valid Drivers License. Valid Auto Insurance. Meets all applicable agency policies and procedures related to health screening and required testing.
