Theoria’s Clinical Operations team is seeking individuals to join its team as a Regional Director of Clinical Operations (RDCO). The RDCO will work directly with the VP of Clinical Operations to oversee our partner communication, facilities, and assigned staff. This role will require excellent customer service skills, critical thinking, and initiative to manage day to day clinical operations.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities
-Monitor and manage metrics such as provider timeliness, quality, productivity, and compliance with facility responsibilities
-Monitor and collaborate on facility metrics such as Five-Star facility measures, QAPI initiatives, RTH, and any key focus initiatives identified by a partner
-Provide superior Customer Relations Management by identifying and responding to any partner issues in a comprehensive and diligent manor
-Follow regular check-ins with facility partners including at a minimum quarterly on-site meetings with facility staff
-Participate in new facility education and training, as well as retraining as applicable
-Navigate multiple computer systems including but not limited to Monday.com, Slack, Gmail and Zoom
-Other associated clinical operation duties and tasks as assigned
