The Retail Banking Manager is a member of the VISIONBank Management team, serving as a financial services leader who promotes a positive image of the organization within the community.
This individual will provide dedicated guidance, coaching, and direction for the overall operations of the Client Service and Teller Team at all 3 of our branches. They possess enhanced expertise of the bank’s various products and services and show a passion for connecting with clients to meet their banking needs.
In addition to managing a client portfolio and developing new business relationships, the individual will play a crucial role in the training and development of Retail staff, goal setting for front-side sales and operations, and promoting teamwork and service excellence.
They will also be involved in the introduction of new products and services, implementation of marketing efforts, and collaboration with all other areas of the bank to provide professional communication and support.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The ideal candidate must demonstrate outstanding communication skills with a results-minded mentality and a passion for sales, relationship-management, and coaching.
Strong knowledge of retail (and lending) policies, procedures, and compliance are necessary to protect the interests of our bank and our clients. The individual must be highly effective at multi-tasking with outstanding follow-up and follow-through.
We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 5 years of community banking experience, including a prior background (and love for) leading and supervising a team.
