Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Personal Banking Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the daily operations of the personal banking department, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient financial transactions.

Duties:

- Manage a team of personal bankers to achieve branch goals
- Provide leadership and guidance in customer relationship management
- Oversee loan processing, mortgage servicing, and other banking transactions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance retention and satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching to team members

Requirements:

- Experience in personal banking, including loan processing and mortgage servicing
- Strong knowledge of FNMA guidelines and basic math skills
- Proven track record in relationship management and customer service
- Excellent team management and leadership abilities
- Familiarity with bank operations and procedures
