Regional Retail Banking President directs all facets of operations for a group of retail branch offices in a designated geographic area. Defines sales and service initiatives for the region. Being a Regional Retail Banking President develops objectives and measurement standards and monitors each branch's performance. Ensures that branch administration teams conduct operations and provide the service and product offerings that meet the needs of customers in that region. Additionally, Regional Retail Banking President may have responsibility for additional retail products such as small business and consumer lending. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Regional Retail Banking President manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. The Banking Associate position is an all-encompassing role which requires the associate to deliver sales solutions, service, and transactions to all customers. The Banking Associate will provide a variety of transactions for members including typical consumer transactions such as cashing checks and processing checking and savings account withdrawals and balancing, while seeking opportunities to develop member relationships and identify sales opportunities.

Computer Skills:
The position requires strong experience with Credit Union Core and ancillary systems, and MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
