Regional Retail Loss Prevention Manager manages a team of loss prevention staff that monitors premises to reduce losses due to theft and fraud. Responsible for safeguarding company assets in a defined geographic region. Being a Regional Retail Loss Prevention Manager uses employee training and audits to prevent merchandise loss; investigates known losses and coordinates with police on theft prosecution. May require a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Regional Retail Loss Prevention Manager typically reports to a director. The Regional Retail Loss Prevention Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. - Establishes and implements goals within guidelines set by Senior Management.
- Acts as a liaison between the client and local team members regarding changes or problems.
Requirements
Typically requires a bachelor's degree and 5 or more years of experience. Requires 3 years of Telecommunications experience in leadership positions.
