Regional Retail Loss Prevention Manager manages a team of loss prevention staff that monitors premises to reduce losses due to theft and fraud. Responsible for safeguarding company assets in a defined geographic region. Being a Regional Retail Loss Prevention Manager uses employee training and audits to prevent merchandise loss; investigates known losses and coordinates with police on theft prosecution. May require a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Regional Retail Loss Prevention Manager typically reports to a director. The Regional Retail Loss Prevention Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. This position has a starting pay range of $15.00 to $16.75 per hour.
