Regional Retail Store Construction Manager oversees and directs retail store construction projects within a specified region. Visits construction sites, inspects the work of contractors, resolves issues, and orders store fixtures and/or furnishings. Being a Regional Retail Store Construction Manager coordinates and supervises construction workers and subcontractors and maintains quality control procedures. May require a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Regional Retail Store Construction Manager typically reports to Retail Store Construction Director. The Regional Retail Store Construction Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. To be a Regional Retail Store Construction Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 to 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     The noise level in the work environment can be loud at times. While performing these duties, the employee may be exposed to dirt, dust, grime, grease, oil, gas, high-concentrated cleaning solutions, etc.
